OREO FLAVORED SMOOTHIE

Oreo’s For Breakfast?… Yes Please!

Who says you can have cookies for breakfast. The ladies in my 2015 New Year New Habits group all agreed to love oreos so I made a mission to find a recipe that could help with our cookie cravings without taking us too off track with our goals. So I found one and created two different recipes depending not the time of day. Now both are still TREATS, not something to have every day but WAY better than eating a box of regular Oreos.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

  • 1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Shakeology

  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Blend Milk

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • 1/2 Cookies and Cream Quest Bar

  • 1/2 of a Banana

  • 1 1/2 Cups of Ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into cups.

  • Drink immediately after serving.

NOTE:

If you’re eating this for a late night snack, you can leave out the banana.
