PEPPERMINT MOCHA BITES

The Taste Of The Holidays All In One Bite!

These delicious bites will have you wanting more, without feeling guilty about it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets Peppermint Mocha Shakeology

  • ¼ cup coconut flour

  • ⅓ cup almond flour

  • ⅓ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate mini-baking chips

  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine Shakeology, coconut flour, almond flour, almond butter, honey, and salt in a food processor and cover. Pulse until everything is combined.

  • Add in the chocolate chips. Continue to pulse until the chocolate is blended evenly throughout.

  • Grab a spoon full and roll into 12 balls. Each ball should be approximately 1-inch in diameter. Coat with shredded coconut to finish.

  • Place in an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Store in freezer for up to 6 months.
